Starter gives you everything to design a beautiful planner — covers, calendars, months, weeks, days, colors and fonts. Designer adds advanced creative control: custom cover uploads, 2-page and longer horizontal layouts, quarterly pages, removable months, custom repeating pages, notebook pages, image & font uploads, and the built-in Template Designer so you can create and add your own templates.
Yes. Flexi runs inside the PrintStick website, so you’ll need to be online to build and export your planners.
Yes! In Designer (and every Professional tier) you can add your own templates — whether they come as a photo, a PDF you created yourself, or built from scratch with Flexi’s built-in Template Designer.
Absolutely. Designer and all Professional tiers let you upload and use your own custom fonts throughout your planner.
Yes — on any Professional tier you can remove the PRINTSTICK label, or replace it with your own brand and link it to your website.
Yes, with a Professional tier. Creator includes a license to sell up to 999 finished PDF planners; LIFE up to 5,000 (plus unlimited copies for your own personal use). Anything created in Starter or Designer is for personal use only.
A print-ready, GoodNotes-ready PDF with working hyperlinks — in portrait, landscape or a 2-page horizontal layout.
You’ll never lose access to a planner you’ve already exported. But the dates are fixed and don’t update automatically — to keep planning into a new year, order the new edition with updated dates. (LIFE buyers can use any dates, for any year.)
Yearly access. Flexi access is offered on a yearly basis. The dates in each edition run for 14 months from the selected start month during checkout.
Personal tiers (Starter & Designer). For personal use only. Planners created in these tiers may not be resold, shared or redistributed in any form.
Creator includes a commercial license to sell (or share) up to 999 copies of any finished (PDF) planners you create. Once you pass this limit, reorder to continue selling another 999 copies.
LIFE includes a commercial license to sell (or share) up to 5,000 copies of any finished (PDF) planners you create. Once you pass this limit, order Creator to continue selling another 999 copies, and so on.

Watermark. Professional tiers may remove the Flexi label or replace it with their own brand and website link.
Access & Sharing Policy
Flexi access is granted exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, or granting access to Flexi, its content, templates, or platform to any third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purchased tier.
On commercial plans, only the finished exported PDF files created using Flexi may be shared, sold or distributed. The underlying templates, assets, and platform access remain for the sole use of the original buyer.
