Starter gives you everything to design a beautiful planner — covers, calendars, months, weeks, days, colors and fonts. Designer adds total creative control: custom cover uploads, quarterly pages, removable months, custom pages, notebook pages, font & image uploads, and the built-in Template Designer so you can create and add your own templates from scratch.
Yes! In Designer (and every Professional tier) you can add your own templates — whether they come as a photo, a PDF you created yourself, or built from scratch with Flexi’s built-in Insert Designer.
Absolutely. Designer and all Professional tiers let you upload and use your own custom fonts throughout your planner.
Yes — on any Professional tier you can remove the Flexi label, or replace it with your own brand and link it to your website.
Yes, with a Professional tier. Creator and Undated let you sell up to 1,500 copies; LIFE lets you sell up to 5,000. Anything created in Starter & Designer is strictly for personal use only.
You’ll never lose access to a planner you’ve purchased. But the dates are fixed and don’t update automatically — to keep planning into a new year, order the new edition with updated dates. (LIFE & Undated buyers can use any year.)
Yearly access. All Flexi plans are sold on a yearly basis. The dates in each edition are fixed and expire after the year ends — reorder the new edition with updated dates to keep planning. (LIFE & Undated buyers may use any year and do not need to reorder for dates.)
Personal tiers (Starter & Designer). For personal use only. Planners created in these tiers may not be resold, shared or redistributed in any form.
Creator & Undated. Include a commercial license to sell up to 1,500 copies. Once you pass 1,500 copies sold, reorder the plan to continue selling.
LIFE. Same features as Designer plus a commercial license to sell up to 5,000 copies, with any dates. Selling beyond 5,000 copies requires a license renewal. LIFE access is included for as long as the Flexi app exists.
Watermark. Professional tiers may remove the Flexi label or replace it with their own brand and website link.
