A digital planner is a PDF file designed to be used on your device, such as iPad or tablet, but may also be used on a computer or mobile phone. It's just like a paper planner, but on a screen. It comes with interactive links that let you tap to jump between pages like months, weeks, or daily pages instantly.

To make the most out of your digital planner, it should be installed on a note-taking (or PDF annotation app). This will allow you to write, add images and take advantage of other tools. The app we recommend is GoodNotes, and it's the one we can offer support for.

GoodNotes is the most popular note-taking app for iPad and the one we recommend for PrintStick planners. It lets you import PDFs (digital planners) and write on top of them either using your Apple Pencil, your finger or you may also add text boxes. It will also help you easily add images (digital stickers).

Although we recommend GoodNotes, all of PrintStick planners come in PDF format, and may also work with other apps such asNotability, Noteshelf, ZoomNotes or Penly.

An Apple Pencil makes the experience much better, it's the most comfortable way to write and draw in a digital planner.

However, it is not a requirement. You can use any compatible stylus, or even type using a keyboard or your fingers.

PrintStick offers dated and undated planners.

Undated planners can be started at any time of the year; no wasted pages, ever. However, it is you who must enter all the dates.

Dated planners are ready to use, and will have all dates already entered. When the stated dates for a particular dated planner ends, then you will need to get a new planner.

Open your planner PDF inside GoodNotes (or your preferred app), tap the linked tabs to navigate, and write with your Apple Pencil. You can also drag and drop digital stickers to decorate your pages.

Yes! Digital stickers are PNG files with transparent backgrounds. In GoodNotes, import a sticker pack into the Elements library, then drag and drop onto any page. PrintStick sells sticker books designed for iPad planning — and you can create your own with STUDIO by PrintStick.

After purchase, check your email for the download link. You may also find the download link in your account page.
Tap it on your iPad, then tap the share icon and choose Open in GoodNotes. Some planners are delivered via a Dropbox link — bookmark it so you can re-download updates anytime!

PrintStick planners are PDF files and can be opened on any device. However, interactive links work best on iPad. On Android, apps like Xodo may work but the experience can vary. Always download the free sampler first to test on your device before purchasing.
